1. Relax
2. Stop letting work cause me stress, anger, and fear
3. Live in the moment
4. Eat fewer sweets
5. Drink more water
6. Eat more veggies
7. Widen my tunnel vision
8. Play hard
9. Pray more
10. Be alert
